The fastest and recommended way to get your hand on the Orokin cell is to obtain it from Warframe game Bosses. Here's everything you need to know about farming orokin cells in Warframe. Orokin Cells are incredibly rare, and only drop from the planets Saturn, Ceres, and Deimos. All bosses (including the Stalker) have a chance to drop an Orokin Cell after being defeated, though General Sargas Ruk and Lieutenant Lech Kril have a better chance to drop it, the latter of which are the respective bosses of the planets. Your experience on a few runs is not enough to draw a conclusion. Saturn is also a good place to farm them. This is the feature that Mega_Tyrant is alluding to. Orokin cells are used in a lot of things and in pretty large amounts.
